In July 2021 Hydroserve were asked by Clearly Drinks Ltd in Sunderland to provide a proposal for a Reverse Osmosis System installation.
CDL had to use Ultra Pure water for their Can-washing process and Reverse Osmosis was identified as the preferred method of meeting the given criteria.
Hydroserve put together a proposal that was duly accepted.
In August 2021 Hydroserve ordered an Ecosoft M0-4 Skid mounted Reverse Osmosis System through our supply partners Pedrollo UK.
The system was built in Germany to order and was transported into the United Kingdom.
When it was delivered to our clients site in Sunderland, Hydroserve’s engineers were waiting on site to offload and begin installation.
The skid-mounted Reverse Osmosis System had a Softener system and Activated Carbon unit installed up-front to remove hardness and chlorine from the incoming water supply respectively.
Our team of engineers worked ‘round the clock’ for several days to ensure the systems were installed and commissioned in time for our clients Can-washing process to be ready for a new contract to begin.
Hydroserve now provide service and maintenance support to the systems which have now been operational for over 3 years. We don’t know exactly how many cans have been washed with the Ultra Pure Water from the Reverse Osmosis System, but it must be a fair few!.
