Having given up on an antiquated and unreliable Spring water supply, I turned to the borehole option and contacted several companies to conduct a site survey, feasibility study and all-inclusive quote. Hydroserve was the only company that met all my requirements and could compete on overall costs.
Richard and Ian worked collaboratively to provide the best water source solution for my domestic needs. Save for the local electrician - with whom they synchronised the installation of filtration equipment and pipework, Hydroserve conducted all work involved in the project from drilling the borehole to the end result of clean water coming out of the taps in my house.
As is the nature of the project and the environment, it was a protracted process and conducted in all (literally all) weathers. What I particularly like about Richard and Ian is that, when they present the inevitable problems associated with this kind of venture, they always bring a workable solution too.
Needless to say, I remain very impressed with the outcome and their work ethic, both in terms of the initial drilling, laying and connecting of pipework and installation of filtration equipment, but also the necessary servicing requirements to maintain the system and uninterrupted supply of water.
Having my own private water supply is essential, reliable and no doubt adds value to my property, and if you didn't know what to look for, you wouldn't know any of it exists.
So for me, having a borehole water solution and commissioning Hydroserve to conduct the work were both 'no brainers' and I highly recommend them.

In a recent emergency when the pump stopped working, we left an urgent phone message at 9 pm, the call was returned within half an hour, and an engineer arrived first thing the following morning and successfully fixed the problem.
